Historically, with any guide & outfitter, they must maintain a paper trail of all clients and outings for fishing and hunting. This can be a pain, as a full-time guide may have to keep hundreds of records for submitting to the Game & Fish each fall (or DNR, depending on the state).

That form will be designed to mimic ALL of your DNR or Game & Fish form fields. The end result is essentially an online database of all of your clients and outings.
It starts with making the form extremely easy and mobile-friendly. Typically, the client will have their phone on them so you can show them a QR code (or link) that will take them to that form.
Minutes later, after they’ve completed the form and submitted, it will add a record to a Google Sheet (online spreadsheet) that is a new line of the client and ALL information entered. It'll also email the Outfitter the information, as well as store a digital record in your website database. You should NEVER lost a client's information ever again!
Not only that, but at the end of the year, you have a long list of clients you can advertise to. Send an email saying Happy Holidays or announce immediate openings for a cancellation. Easy.
